Think of all the funds we would have to upgrade our existance by stopping funding WARS

All of this griping and complaining about not having funds to take care of people would be non-existant, if WARS were no longer funded. We have been prohibited from advancing to a Star Trek society due to war funding. Think of all the innovation, cures, absence of poverty, starvation, advances in science, medicine, therapies, that have been prevented due to war funding. Someone keeps the fear of scarcity going. WHY? Scarcity would vanish in an instant if innovation was allowed to flurish. Who does not want us to flurish? Who is attempting to keep us from being a Star Trek society, where scarcity is not even an issue?
